“Amazing place in La Digue”

Very peaceful and tranquil stay. Close to the jetty, about 12min walk, or 5 by taxi/buggy/bike. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of fruit platter, fresh made juice, coffee/tea, toast, jam, butter, and eggs, and it was all very very good. The room/bungalow is amazing, spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. There’s two stores close by, one to the left about 9min walk, and another on the way to the town center, about 9min walk too. Will definitely return if back on Seychelles.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and the overall service. The guesthouse owner welcomed us very warmly and even organized our transfer from the port, where the driver was waiting for us upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was excellent — great coffee, fresh fruit, a delicious omelet, and something sweet to enjoy as well. Everything was fresh and very tasty.

“Pleasant stay with friendly staff”

We really like the room, it was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Each guest house has its own veranda which was lovely for sitting out and enjoy it in the morning. The breakfast was pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible when it comes to check out time and provided bikes for rent. They also facilitated the taxi to get from and to the harbour

Our stay at Calou Guest House was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations! The place is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos on Booking. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast included a great variety of fresh fruits. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail really shows. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay, nice staff, nice location. As we came we had room decorated with flowers as we were in paradise! You can rent bikes at property for fair price. Little further away from the centre but for the reasonable price.

Everything went well - great welcome and hospitality during the stay. Nice rooms. Great garden. Tasty breakfast with eggs, toasts, bacon/salami and fruits. Bikes rented onsite with ok price. Quiet. Good A/C. Nice little moments like free transfer if driver had delayed.

“Tranquil place”

We like the tranquility of place which was far from rush and dusty streets of central of La Digue (near by Jetty). Good bike rental on site. (125SCR/day - Well maintained cruisers.) They let us use another room to rest and take a shower for our late departure.

The room was very nice, very comfortable and spacious. Set in a very quiet, peaceful and beautiful location. Air conditioning worked very well and also nice to have a fan too. Very good bathroom. Nice to have a porch to sit outside on in the evening. Breakfast was delicious. The host was very accommodating, allowing me to store my bag in another room and make use of bathroom before leaving. Host communicated very well.
