Our first contact was with reception and although early she was very nice and allowed us to have the room a little early. The room was very clean and cool on a very hot day. The breakfast was well presented with attractive crockery etc and the food was tasty and seemed homemade. Hot drinks were available all night in reception which we took advantage of and drank it in the pretty verandah

The accommodation was well placed for visiting La Conner, which was in walking distance. The beds were comfortable with good quality bedding. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.

“A Wonderful Place to Stay in La Conner”
There was a little misunderstanding about the room - my booking through bookingdotcom showed a room with a fireplace, but that's not what I was given. Within hours they upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi and balcony and fireplace! I have to say I was thrilled - it was my birthday and I was away on my own - so it just made my stay! Breakfast (included) was fabulous too!

“Lovely & peaceful with a side of disappointment.”
Very much enjoyed our stay however,the breakfast at best was only meh. Definitely not what it used to be four years ago. Items on daily special are too simple & effort minimum. New owners & or cook perhaps? We were disappointed with the breakfast which was a significant part of why we enjoyed coming back.

Beds were comfortable. The suite they put us in the second night was comfortable. It was quiet. Staff was nice.

Room was nice but water for shower was luke warm and never got hot. The TV took 15 min. to figure out and the directions in room were wrong. No one greeted us ever at front desk.
