Overview
Alpen Roc is a hotel located in La Clusaz, just 150 metres from the closest ski lifts. It offers free access to a heated swimming pool, sauna and a steam room. Rooms at the Alpen Roc Hotel have a private bathroom, satellite TV and free WiFi access. Breakfast and dinner are prepared on site using fresh local produce, and fully inclusive rates including drinks and snacks are also available. “Great location, nice hotel in a lovely resort”
The hotel is in a great location for the slopes, bars and restaurants and the resort is lovely. Our room was a good size, not a great view but it is a large hotel so can't accommodate everyone with this. The breakfast was good. The spa is very nice, pool a bit small but OK. A group of loud teenagers ruined it one day but not sure how they could monitor this. Do get large corporate bookings at the hotel but no bother. The only disappointing thing was the bar. It is not a proper bar with a bar person and the opening hours are strange. If it was a good bar maybe with cocktails and bar staff the bar area would have more atmosphere. Would recommend the hotel, pot luck with your room but good size.

“Very good stay in a nice hotel”
Nice cosy alpine atmosphere. The spa facilities were very welcome after a day's skiing, along with free afternoon coffee/tea/snacks and drinks in the evening.

Room was perfectly adequate with separate loo and bathroom. Ample storage and sockets plus a lovely south facing balcony. Catering at dinner and breakfast offered a huge variety of options for all tastes. The spa was excellent, we use it every day and enjoyed the relaxing ambience. A great choice for families and couples alike. Really good access to the lifts and very central for the town.

Excellent breakfast and excellent dinner. Sauna and steam room are great. Staff so kind. Very close to ski lift. The best hotel in La Clusaz. Hotel Alpen Roc always will be our first choice hotel in La Clusaz.
