Met by Gary on arrival, and shown to our room. Very friendly, English speaking. Directed to the restaurant we had booked. Very comfortable room with great views over the valley in the morning. Nice continental breakfast, which we unfortunately had to rush due to time pressure.

We had a wonderful stay at "le domaine". We immediately felt at home and could relax in the beautiful garden with pool. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the personal touch of the host. Our dog Charlie was also more than welcome.

“Beyond our expectations, absolutely wonderful”

We booked our stay as a fancy rest stop on our way home from vacation. Instead what we got was an extension of our vacation due to the beautiful domain and the wonderful Sophie and Gary. Our room was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 small children), the domain was absolutely beautiful and the amount of toys for the children was unexpected but very welcome after a long drive. Gary and Sophie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could want to enjoy our stay and you can see the passion in everything they do. We had a very relaxing stay and the breakfast was just what we needed before continuing our journey. Thanks again Gary and Sophie, keep up the amazing work and we will definitely be back in the future. Sander, Claudia and the two little rascals.

The most welcoming place during our 2 week holiday in France. Sophie and Gary welcome guests with care. Each room in their three-hundred-year-old home is unique with hand-picked interior details. The accommodation has an excellent tasty breakfast: a wonderful fruit salad I will remember for a long time. Upon departure, the hosts helped with the nuances of the local bus service. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

From the moment we arrived Sophie and Gary were very welcoming and gave us lots of information on the property. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal which was excellent and would highly recommend. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing we could say is we wished we had booked to stay longer. Everything! The hosts are very kind and welcoming. They make you feel at home right away. The pool is amazing... You can lay next to the pool on the beds. The room are very clean and you have a lot of space. Their breakfast was very good. We sat outside and enjoyed the view! This place deserves an 11 out of 10!! I recommend it!!!!

Stayed on route to the Alps with our two children. Such a friendly amazing place for a family, our kids loved the garden, feeding the ponies, the playroom. Everything we could need for a stay with a 2year old was there waiting without having to ask. Such friendly owners, amazing food, really couldn't have asked for more!

Sophie and Gary are wonderful hosts. They are very dog friendly :-). Their huge garden was a great place for exploration for our dog. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially opportunity to have dinner was very helpful during our travel, with menu selected via SMS messages :-) We're sorry that we could spent there only one night during our long travel.

Oh that's difficult to say, everything was incredible! The place cannot be more charming, it is very clean, beautiful decoration, spacious and just very comfortable and cozy. Sophie and Gareth gave us such a nice welcome and we felt very quickly at home. We came from a long trip with 2 children and they helped us a lot and made it very easy for us. They offered us welcome drinks and we sat in one of their comfy chairs with views to the valley and the pool. We could also do the check-in earlier. Next to our room, there was a room with many toys so our kids had a lot of fun there! Sophie also told us to get a toy as a gift. It's the best place we have ever been so far. Too bad we only booked it for one night but we will definitely will come back.
