Overview
La Delphina offers direct beach access, an outdoor pool, and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free airport transfer service. La Ceiba city centre is 15 minutes' drive away and Cayos Cochinos is 30 minutes' drive away. The spacious rooms with typical regional décor. Each one has satellite TV with VCR, a safe and a private bathroom. There is a communal lounge and video library. There is a free hot Spanish-style breakfast each morning. You can enjoy local and international dishes in the beachfront grill restaurant. Barbecue facilities are also available on site. Free transfer service within the La Ceiba city limits is offered to all guests throughout their stay. Meeting and banquet facilities are available for a fee. Located just off the coast, the beautiful Bay Islands are ideal for diving. La Delphina’s staff can arrange scuba diving, snorkelling or rafting trips. Transfers to La Ceiba, its ferry terminal and San Pedro Sula Airport can also be booked.

Our lovely welcome and the lovely owner and staff who were very helpful despite our lack of Spanish! on out first night they arranged a very romantic table for us by the pool as we were their only guests! (the advantages of visiting out of season!) also the superb views from our room and bathroom of the ocean. Wow! oh and the hammocks.

The facilities were unbelievable! We are backpackers but went out of our budget for our anniversary. The room was immaculate. Exceptionally clean and comfortable! There was AC, unlimited hot water and the comfiest bed we had been in a long time. The balcony was spacious and the view was gorgeous. The pool was extremely well kept and cool enough that we could escape the sun but also warm enough we didn’t freeze. The view was fantastic and the private beach was cleaned from any garbage. 10/10 recommend this place solely for the facilities. We also spoke with the owner who was super kind and helpful!

Richard and the staff were very kind to me. I spent 3 weeks there alone, and It felt like home. I was cared by all of them. Their recommended me some tours also. The food is from another planet, I felt in love with it!!! The beach is beautiful and very peaceful. If you come to Honduras, you should visit La Ceiba. And definitely be at La Delphina!!! Forever thankful to them!
