“I will definitely be back when I visit my family again!”
If you want authenticity when visiting La Cavada, then this is the place for you! In the morning we ate in a little alcove, looking out to the town. Breakfast was toast and coffee or tea, just enough to start your day off. The owners just couldn’t be more accommodating. We had a language barrier but we used google translate and they loved it! They meet every need we had.

“Super clean rooms!”
Super Clean rooms, windows can be opened for fresh at night. At rear of building is silence, just the sound of the river water. You can have a good and cheap haircut in the hotel! Short drive from Santander. Free car parking in streets of village.

It was advertised with breakfast but we were directed to the cafe next door ...Landed at the Pension at around 21.00 once we had supplied our legal details at the Reception desk were were frog matched up steep flights of stairs in the dark..were we stood outside presumably her Son's office where the same details were supplied again...wholly unacceptable.
