A lot of space and privacy, kitchen is equipped with most necassary things and you'll be able to make breakfast and dinner there. For me as a girl traveling alone it felt safe. And the hoast was super helpfull, he washed my clothes, and even picked me up and drove me to the bus station again, for just a little tiny fee. Bed is comfortable, and sitting earia outside is good enough. The location is good if you want to be far away, the bus is going every hour and takes about an hour to the city.
