Overview
This new hotel, opened in 2007, is located in the heart of Andalusia, 20 minutes from Córdoba and an hour from Seville – an ideal stop off on your journey. The Hotel Carmen is set in the town of La Carlota, just off the A4 motorway. It contrasts a typical Andalusian exterior with a 21st-century interior filled with polished marble and modern art. Each room has its own particular rich, quirky style, making this a unique setting for your stay in southern Spain. On-site facilities include a restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Spanish favourites.

“Stopover”
It was an ideal,one night stop,whilst travelling to Portugal,by car from the Cost Blanca, where we live,staff that we met at the Hotel were very good,room was also very good and comfortable,

“A happy surprise”
This modern hotel is located just behind a petrol station and lorry stop. It is quiet, comfortable and next door to a bar/restaurant open all hours with good vibes and a cheery staff. We stopped here on our way back to the UK. And unexpectedly loved it. Great coffee. And hamburgers served with surgical gloves should you want to pick them up!

“This hotel suited our needs and we had a good meal at tbe restaurant next door where we also had bre”
We were in transit from Estepona to Aracena and this hotel suited our needs. It would also be good to stay here to travel to Cordoba about 30mins away.
