“September 2025”
The cottage was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there. La Bouille is a 5 min walk with Rouen about 25 mins by car. Eric and Michael were great hosts and always available to answer questions on the cottage and the local area.

“Fabulous! An amazing property and so comfortable”
The house and our accommodation were visually stunning. Our property had everything you could need in it. The pool, jacuzzi and garden were the icing on the cake.

“A perfect stay”
Everything was perfect. Michael and Eric were attentive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Large grounds and garden, great pool, lots of outdoor space, seats etc Location is in a lovely village and you are very near lots of places to visit. Great facilities, comfortable and clean - we would happily return !

“A perfect holiday retreat”
The location was perfect, the rooms and gardens had everything we needed and the decor was beautiful. The owners were extremely kind and were so helpful. They attentive to our needs and even offered to book a restaurant in the village for us. It is a peaceful place to stay and just a few minutes from one of the most charming villages in France. The place exceeded our expectations and I would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be back! Merci beaucoup, c'était parfait!
