We were met by Francoise the owner who was very welcoming and took the time to show us around and explain how everything worked. The apartment is a good size, bright, airy, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bottle of rose in the fridge was a nice surprise and appreciated. There is an allocated car parking space in the underground car park although there were spaces that could be used at ground level. The grounds and pool area are well kept and quiet. The beach is a short walk away.

“Wonderful apartment in La Baule”
I've stayed at this apartment centre many times, either in the old Pierre et Vacances days or the latter Goelia days. This year it was a privately owned apartment and, although a little more expensive, the standard was much, much higher. Very highly spec'd apartment with all the gadgets and equipment you might need and a lot more you may need if you knew what they did. Francoise, the owner, was very helpful throughout the process and explained everything we needed to know about the particular apartment and the centre in general.

“Holiday in the sun”
Francoise was very welcoming. We appreciate the bottle of rose in the fridge after long journey. Lovely accommodation with a lovely terrace. Very private & secure complex well kept.

“Recommend La Baulle to anyone wanting a sea front holiday. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and the host was help”
The apartment had everything needed for a self catering holiday. It was spotlessly clean and the location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the sea front, perfect 👌🏻
