We were 3 families together! It was great that each had their own apartment, but at the same time there was a sense of community! During the day and evening everyone was together, but at night everyone was in their own apartment! The area seemed huge, you didn't have to worry that the children would run into all the corners while running around! The beds were very comfortable, exactly what you need after long days of excursions around the island! The view from the villa was wonderful! Especially in the evening! There was silence everywhere! The pool was used every day, big enough for all 11 of us to fit in it and not be cramped! It was cool that right next to the pool there was a room with a shower, toilet, washing machine and a small kitchen next to it! There was also a grill and a large table where we could all sit down and enjoy a freshly cooked bbq after swimming in the pool! Many thanks to the owner for this beautiful place! We will definitely return to this villa!

“Amazing experience here!!”

Unforgettable villa! It felt like a private escape with a great pool and peaceful surroundings. Just a quick drive to the beach, we had the best of both worlds. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

“Uncomfortable, unclean and badly in need of updating”

On arrival, we were met by the owner, who was pleasant enough, however, he immediately informed us that one of the bathrooms in the 2 private villas on-site was unusable, this meant that the party staying in this villa had to use the other villa which was occupied with 4 people. I cannot express how uncomfortable it was trying to use the toilet at night. The owner failed to tell us that the kitchen sink in this villa was connected to the bathroom, which leaked and caused an horrendous smell. The kitchen in the main part of the house was so outdated, there were no markings to indicate the range of heat on the outdated hob; making it dangerous when on. The oven took approximately 30-minutes to heat up and was ill equipped, it was so old, I was concerned as to its safety. The décor was extremely outdated, the coach had a badly torn cover; which hid a very stained old piece of furniture. We found an enormous amount of rubbish stuffed under a set of bedroom drawers, obviously overlooked by the cleaners, suffice to say, the general cleanliness was woefully poor. We went to the supermarket to get cleaning products, as none were provided and to make matters worse, only 4 half used toilet rolls were provided for our party of 12. The location is remote, which made our 1st night uncomfortable as we arrived late evening. The bathroom had rusty towel rails, and dirty cleaning equipment and lacked general upkeep. The swimming pool was so dilapidated that my son, cut his foot on the loose tiles and the pool cover was torn. The bathroom situated by the pool had a continuous sewer type odour; not great when using the BBQ. The worst part of the property was finding a rodent in the utility area; shocking to say the least There are so many more things that fell short but I think you get the gist of the standard. The disparity between the on-line photos as opposed to what we experienced was huge. The only saving grace of this place was the view!!!!

We booked the villa for a retreat and it was a great decision. Villa is really huge with lot of private space for relaxing, meditating, etc. it is quiet area with amazing sunsets and sunrises. If you have a car the nearest beach is 10min away. Its great central location and everything is really close

“Lovely Big Villa With Small Issues”

A car is a must for Lanzarote and as we rented one, this villa was in a great location! You have views of the coastline, 10-15 minutes drive to the airport/Lidl and Arrecife. It was also a private and quiet area which was nice with a few neighbouring villas around (assume they’re native residents). The pre-arrival information was useful and gave us necessary and easy information on how to access the gate keys/keys from the lock boxes The villa itself is gorgeous and has abundance of space for a group of 10 people (never felt cramped). After doing 5 days of tourist activities, I highly recommend spending a day relaxing and making full use of the villa’s outdoor facilities with a decent sized pool, great amount of sunbeds and a BBQ besides it. The lovely extra touch was the addition of the outdoor kitchen/bar area (fridge/stove/sink) and a little toilet/shower block all besides the pool area so there was no need to head back into the main villa. There’s plenty of parking and when we had problems, a nice maintenance man named Antonio came round and tried his best to help us out with the little English he knew. There are plenty of dishes to use (just dotted around the three kitchens available within the villa if you want to eat together).

I like a view from outside..this villa is perfect for big grup.
