A beautiful Casita in a lovely peaceful area, though only a short walk to a lovely restaurant and a short drive into Puerto Del Carmen, so that you can dip in and out of the action. We had a private pool and a hot tub. The beds were comfortable, which is a must if you want to enjoy your holiday 😁 the kitchen was a good size and had everything you would need. Communication with José was great, as we're the lovely cleaning ladies. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we hope to return next year ❤️

“Wonderful place and people”

The big and family house, swimming pool, jacuzzi. The host left food and drinks for us at arrival, which was very helpful. Jose and his mother were lovely and thoughtful, beyond any expectations. Muchas gracias de corazon!

“Lovely apartment and great hosts!”

I was travelling with my mother and we received a very warm welcome by Loli, who let us into the apartment and showed us round. There were lots of lovely treats left for us, bread, cheese, wine etc., plus the homemade goodies! Loli and Jose were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any issues or queries we had throughout our stay. The house itself is lovely, it's very spacious and clean with beautiful artwork, ornaments etc throughout. The terrace area is a nice private place to relax and it was an added bonus having the garden to ourselves to chill out in. We didn't pay to heat the swimming pool, the temperature was a little cool, but not unbearable and fine for a swim! The location is superb, very easy to find and you can drive anywhere easily within a day if you want to explore the island. There is a well-stocked Eurospar supermarket a few minutes drive away which is very convenient. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Casita Joli!

“Family holiday”

The pool was great lots of seating. The villa was big and spacious. Plus the jacuzzi was lovely on balcony. With the kitchen and barbecue u didnt have to eat out all the time. With the europspar quite local you could stock up on all your supply.of food and drink. The hosts were so nice and when we arrived they had some food there. Also made us a delicious cake and when we left had some small gifts. They informed us all the bus times and what was on the island for the kids.

“Relaxing, comfortable & quiet.”

The hosts were superb, meeting us on arrival. The welcome pack was fantastic and included home made cakes, and they dropped in more cakes during the week. We has a slight issue with one of the showers, but this was fixed within 2 hours - great service. The hosts also came to see us off with a small gift for each of us.

The host were very kind. All was prepared with some minimum food for the first evening. House was nice and well located with all needed equipments

“A dream come through , fantastic experience”

The lady owner was fantastic, she greeted us on arrival, petals on the bed , wine and cakes left out for us with special glasses, she had gone shopping and filled the fridge with all essentials, she text us to ensure we were ok and if we needed anything to not hesitate to contact her . She bakes cakes fresh and dropped them in to us during our time in the villa. On the last day she dropped in two gifts as a goodwill gesture as a memory of the time on the island. This villa was outstanding, it had absolutely everything you would need and I will be back and will recommend this villa to all my friends and colleagues and family. 10000 Gold stars to this owner, exceptional customer service
