The excellent customer services provided by Mr Sayed Hassan. The setup is beautiful, the decoration is tasteful, the space is neat and clean, the location is ideal, parking is available, and the accommodation offers a very comfortable sleep. With all essential facilities provided, it is more than sufficient for any customer.

Everything sparkles - the welcome, a lovingly cooked breakfast with mulberries freshly picked from the garden , beautiful rooms and the joyous atmosphere and pride the owners so rightly have.

This was my second visit - on the first the reception staff were hardly welcoming on the second 29/30thSept the receptionist was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. And at 7.am on the 30th another receptionist went out of his way to ensure we had a rapide beakfast before departure which wasvery welcome

“The olive tree in 11th july”

The moment i stepped in i felt like i came to heaven. İt was a quiet and peaceful place, there were rose flowers and trees everywhere which made me feel relaxed. The staff were really helpful, i felt cold late at night,i asked reception they sent me duvet even though it was late there was housekeeping. The food was very nice. The only bad thing i have to say was there wasn't Mehmet efendi coffee at a big hotel like olive tree, and for the latte i had which brand they used to make iced latte i wonder, it wasnt nice i couldn't drink it. So, the next time i book to go there i will ask if they have the coffee or not. İ would like to see Mehmet efendi coffee in their choices.

I liked the buffet breakfast because alot of options were available. The hotel manager was kind enough to allow us to eat breakfast at 6.30 as we needed to leave early in the morning. I liked the rooms they were clean and you see lovely scenery in the morning when you wake up from the mountains.
