Good location, close to Kyrenia. Generally clean and comfortable. Friendly host. Pool is daily maintained, quiet neighbourhood. Would come again

The location is excellent with a great view of the sea from a shaded upstairs balcony. Beautiful shared pool in a very quiet location, but with restaurants and a lovely cafe right on the doorstep. A 5 minute drive or taxi to Kyrenia old harbour with its beautiful waterfront restaurants and bars, and an equally short distance to a range of beach clubs and resorts.

Located in a lovely peaceful village close enough to Kyrenia. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The duplex, poolside apartment (#6) was well equipped and had a generous balcony and ground floor terrace. The water pressure and hot water supply is excellent anytime of day. The double bed was also very comfortable. Next door is an authentic village taverna serving good food. There are 2 other restaurants within reasonable walking distance. We found it much better having a rental car.

Sami and Bircan are lovely hosts. The one bedroom house was fabulous, spacious and very well equipped. The gardens and pool were lovely - in the hot temperatures the cool pool was a real blessing.

We loved the location and the quietness of the beautiful village... all facilities were really close by, especially restaurants.

The location was in Zeytinlik village, and it is a wonderful stay for nature lovers. We used taxi for transportation and the houseowners Sami Bey and Bircan Hanım helped us for our each request whether it is stay or travel related. I definitely recommend!

“It was fantastic from start to the end!”

Bircan and Sami are fantastic hosts, making us feel at home from start to finish. The apartment, a charming two-story villa, was cozy and inviting, like staying with old friends. We stayed in Room 6, which had a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a spacious bedroom with a large bed. The villa is bright, with large windows and a lovely terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, and plenty of dishes. The pool area is great for sunbathing, though it’s not heated in colder months. The evening lighting around the pool is beautiful, and the house has excellent lighting throughout. Even in winter, the villa stayed warm thanks to the air conditioning. Hot water was always available, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly everywhere. We never felt disturbed by the other families staying nearby. The location is ideal—just a 12-minute walk to the center(3 minutes by car) and close to a supermarket. Just the next building on the left is a good restaurant and 2 minutes walk on the right is very beautiful authentic cafe. There’s parking available, and the hosts are always ready to assist with any needs, from transfers to car rentals. Plus, there's a barbecue on-site for grilling. We enjoyed everything and highly recommend!

We loved the location, cleanliness and size of the property were great. The pool looked lovely however we did not use it as we were busy. The hosts were lovely and there to meet us.

Lovely little oasis. Peace and quiet Well kept apartments and surrounding pool area. Coffee shop 'Rest' further up the hill Also nice restaurant to the left of Rest and further up the hill. Good menu and wine choices. Archway Restaurant

Everything was faultless, beautiful place, wonderful hosts and excellent location.

Great place for a getaway. Nice small set up with accommodation set around the pool. Quiet spot yet within easy reach of Kyrenia. Close to little shop as well as a few restaurants and coffee shops. Accommodation is clean, comfortable- including the beds - and with a fully equipped kitchen. Sami and Bircan and really friendly, helpful hosts as well. Highly recommended.
