Overview
Located 15km from Kyrenia in the Northern Cyprus region, with a mountain backdrop and spectacular views of the sea, this spacious villa features a private pool, pool terrace and patio with outside seating and dining area, mature gardens, interior courtyard and free private parking. The air-conditioned villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and open plan living & dining area. Two of the bathrooms feature bath as well as shower. The large stone barbecue outside makes for great al fresco dining and the sunsets from the terrace are amazing. A 3 minute drive downhill to the village of Lapta with restaurants, bars and supermarkets and a further 5 minutes on downhill to the coast and beaches.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! From the very beginning, the communication and support from the owner were exceptional—so helpful, responsive, and welcoming, even before we arrived. The villa itself was perfect for bringing our whole family together—from kids to adults. Its amazing location, thoughtful layout, and excellent facilities made it a memorable experience for all of us. The villa was beautifully equipped with everything we needed—modern appliances, complete amenities, and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. A truly special place that gave us lasting family memories. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

“Very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.”
The villa is super stylish at a very reasonable price. It has everything you need to feel at home straightaway. The pool is superb - clean, a good size and depth and lots of space to lie and manoeuvre around. It is nice and warm but refreshing, and well lit at night so you can swim when the sun goes down. Feels very luxurious. The villa is spacious and really comfortable and all the rooms are lovely. The AC is a godsend as without it, it would be too warm inside as the heat starts to build very early on. Sian the host was brilliant and very happy to communicate at any point of the holiday, as was property manager Mary, though the villa is so well done that very little help was needed. There are a few regular stray cats that visit every day, and whether you love or hate cats you can't help but feel the need to feed these ones as they are really quite sweet. We had a chameleon swimming in the pool and a praying mantis sunning itself. Great sights. The views are amazing; on one side, the mountain range and on the other, the Med. There is a shop about a half-hour walk away down the hill which is a nice walk but much tougher on the way back up! The shop has most things including fresh bread, fruit and veg. Every day, there are 5 Muslim calls to prayer over a loudspeaker which resonates through the village, starting at sunrise and the last one around 9.30pm. This is culturally amazing and we spent some time Googling what each prayer time meant. Overall, the villa and it's immediate location are wonderful.

“Beautiful villa in lovely peaceful location”
Although the villa was tricky to find it was well worth the effort. It is so peaceful. It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. There was loads of space to chill either by the pool or inside. The views are incredible. We will definitely return. Thank you Sian and Mary

The villa was absolutely beautiful, everything you could possibly need, and more. The rooms were all bigger than the pictures. It was as described as spectacular. The pool is a lovely size. The outside space was fantastic. The views were amazing. We loved every minute of our holiday. The only one problem we had was finding it in the dark when we arrived. The property manager said he would address that. Our holiday was amazing, and we would most definitely stay here again
