“Lovely room with a warm owner”
We had everything what we needed; air dryer, kettle, ac, tv, towels... Owners were very helpfull and the location is quite good both to public transportation and city centre.

Loved this studio, it was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The air con was essential & worked perfectly. We were able to do a load of laundry which was helpful during our holiday. The host was very friendly and recommended a taxi person for our onward travel. Great location for food, shopping and 10 minutes to the coast.

“A perfect place to stay”
The studio was lovely and very comfortable, it has modern finishing and very relaxing. it is very clean and has a calming feeling. The location was perfect not far from city center and there are so many shops around with everything you need. I loved staying there and will definitely stay again.

“A VERY CLEAN, MODERN AND DECENT ACCOMMODATION”
A VERY CLEAN, MODERN AND DECENT ACCOMMODATION We spent 2 weeks in Smart Studios in Girne (Kyrenia) in North Cyprus and enjoyed our stay a lot. Smart Studios are located in excellent locality just some minutes away from a money exchange centre and very good Nusmar supermarket. Just a few minutes further on the road on the left of this supermarket are other big supermarkets. It needed some half an hour walk to the centre of the town with many shops and restaurants and further up to the old part of town and ancient harbour and park where buses or dolmas ply. At Smart Studios we simply had great time. It is a very clean, modern and decent accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and good comfortable bed. The owner Osman and his wife were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We can recommend Smart Studios as a great place to stay while spending time in Girne.

Good position, very close to the city center and all public transportation possibilities. The studio was very clean and everything, that might be needed was included.
