Lovely big room, Nice outlook short walk to the beach area with a handy shop local, very nice restaurants within a short walk

Nice hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush greenery. The room was of a large size with a lovely view, despite being on the ground floor. Just a 10 min walk to the sea. Reasonably priced for the location and standard of accommodation.

To be honest just the view and the fact of the hotel being an old castle was the only reason why I stayed there.

Varied to meet most tastes, nothing fancy Wifi was free and as long as the correct one selected it was quick enough The old style building is interesting and the grounds and pool were good if not perfect but overall the price was excellent

We enjoyed our stay but the Chateau needs money spending on it. Most of the sunbeds had rips/tears, lots were covered in pigeon poo. The hotel was very quiet so not many staff. We only saw 5 other people there. There was no one manning the bar, we had to keep ringing the bell in the afternoon and there was no one in Reception or the Bar in the evening so couldn't get a drink after returning from a meal. The food at lunch was excellent though. The room was very dark. We didn't ask for a duplex/mezzanine room, although we got one but wouldn't opt for one as the stairs were quite steep. We had to leave a light on downstairs so that we could see if we needed the bathroom in the night.

The cleaning lady for the room we stayed in was lovely and very accommodating, with plenty of hard work.

We stayed here a few years back. Very nice hotel but this time there was not many staff about. Not many people staying there either We had the pool to ourselves for nearly 2 days. Amazing for the summer holidays

The extèria and grounds were exceptionally beautiful, but the rooms run down and not looked after. The room was not cleaned or made up during our 3 nights stay

Good Location, but the hotel was dirty, never anything to drink behind the bar, literally ran out of beer, sunbeds not cleaned, they were full of bird crap, our glasses from by the pool were not moved even the next day. Glasses were dirty when asked for a clean one he wiped it on his t shirt. Ants in all 3 of our rooms. Would not stay again.
