My stay at Acapulco Hotel was disappointing overall. The service was very poor, especially at the reception desk and the valet/vehicle transportation service. The room was not properly cleaned and appeared to have received only a superficial cleaning. One of the biggest issues was the extremely loud noise from the disco, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. The food was good, but not exceptional. In addition, after dining, the strong smell of food from the restaurant and kitchen tended to linger on your clothes. Another frustrating issue was the room key. Although our room was located quite far from the reception, the key repeatedly stopped working. We had to walk back to reception several times just to reactivate it and gain access to our room. What disappointed me most was the attitude of the reception staff. When I informed one of the reception employees that I intended to leave an honest review on Booking.com based on my actual experience and the way I was treated, he responded with a sarcastic and dismissive laugh. I found this reaction unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering the concerns I was raising. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our experience and did not meet the standards we expected.

The hotel is spread over a huge area with a wide variety of facilities, so it never feels crowded. Plenty of activities, pools, beach areas, restaurants and entertainment options for different types of guests. It feels more like a holiday resort village than a standard hotel.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with many options, and the facilities were great. Special thanks to the guest relations team for their kindness and assistance. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back.

Lots of pools and slides. Beautiful beach. Buffet food was good. Bouncy castles for the children (during celebration time). Staff friendly. Clean and felt luxurious.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Acapulco Hotel. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food and very good quality overall. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and Melisa Hanım was especially helpful from the beginning of our trip until the end. She supported us with every question and request we had. We stayed in the bungalow rooms. They were not luxurious, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a holiday stay. The beach area was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the weather was quite windy during our visit, so we could not fully enjoy the sea and beach experience. The casino was also fun and lively. Compared to casinos in Las Vegas it felt more crowded and there was a strong cigarette smell inside, but overall it was still an enjoyable experience. The only small thing I personally did not like was having to wear the wristband all the time. Overall, I would rate the hotel 9/10 and would definitely consider visiting again.

The resort grounds are absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained, making evening walks incredibly pleasant. The range of amenities is endless, from the beautiful private beach to the impressive pools and spa, meaning you never actually have to leave the hotel to have a great time.

The Pools are very nice and clean something for adults infinity Pool very beautiful, has also another Pool for the youth and Kids. enough space for everybody, the beach and sea are very clean. Very good just to relax and have a beautiful time with the family, has a great Fitnesscenter the machines are all in superb condition, it has even indoor Pool, beautiyful Hamam and Whirlpool. The view in front of the Restaurant to the sea is stunning. The Food is also good, Salads perfekt.Varation of the food is good.In the morning a lot of fruits, Joghurt, Eggs, Salads, Cheese, good Bread.

It is always joy to come to Acapulco for holidays or weekends. This time we enjoyed Bali Massages, beauty salon, indoor pools and play grounds. The weather was great. 😌

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hospitality was truly exceptional. I want to express my special gratitude to the wonderful manager, Esra, who made sure everything was flawless. A huge thank you also goes to her two lovely assistants, Melisa and Şerife, for their warm and attentive service. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

“Out of season booking, not value for money”

Like the cleanliness of the hotel and it smelling nice and was a big size hotel. The idea of having the cat feeding area for little family members was good. The grounds were kept very clean and there were security staff everywhere.
