A large clean studio with an equipped kitchen and wonderful sea view from the balcony. Great location, a minute walk to the sea. Mr. Nikolas is a very friendly and caring host. The housekeeper is also a friendly lady. All conditions for a full-fledged relaxing holiday! I have great impressions of staying in this place and the desire to come back here again. 🙂

Kyra Panagia is beautiful, with Blue Waves right in the middle. Fantastic view from the room and balcony. Great place for a relaxing holiday.

Great accomodation in Kyra Panagia! We spent 2 weeks at blue waves studios and we do not regreat it. The rooms are simple but clean, big and functional, the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach is just great to have breakfast or a drink before dinner. The staff is helpful and always smiling, we recommend 100%. Thanks!!!

“Practical Apartment close to Beaches”

Great location to reach the most famous beaches in Karpathos, close to fantastic restaurants Sofia’s, 3min walk to Kyria Panagia beach, 20min to Pigadia, friendly owner, fresh towels regularly, nice balcony

Charming guest house with friendly host, decorated in the colours of the Greek flag, tucked away at the foot of the mountains surrounding the beautiful little bay of Kyra Panagia. Peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to switch off and recharge the batteries. The room was spacious and comfortable with views of the bay from the balcony. Spotlessly clean, with bed linen changed every other day. Well equipped kitchenette and seating area. Best of all a decent sized shower that did not flood after every use, as is prone to do in many Greek establishments! Though I prepared my own most days, breakfast was adequate, though would have preferred freshly squeezed oj, especially as oranges are plentiful, sweet and juicy in the summer, instead of from a carton, which personally I think tastes vile! Loved dining at Sofia’s Taverna, just up the road, especially the Karpathian shrimp, which were to die for!

The room was much more spacious than it looked in the pictures. As Kyra Panagia is a smaller area where you turn off the main road and one road leads down to it, the location was nice as it's a few steps to the beach and a short drive to other closeby beaches such as Achata and Apella. The owner was very friendly and kind when we found the beds too uncomfortable he did his best to make up for it in wine and sweets which was much appreciated! A beautiful view from the upper room balcony. They provided a mosquito plug-in to help keep them away which was considerate.

Nice place with private balcony. A nice view to the Mountain and the beach. We felt very welcome and the host was friendly and helpsome.

“Relaxing days in karpathos”

The place is very quiet and nice on the beautiful Kyra Panagia beach. The studio is clean and large, nice view and balcony, like the pictures. The kitchen is well furnished. The owner provides soap and sponge in the kitchen and soap in the bathroom. The bathroom is new: modern with a big shower. The studio is tidied up every day. The car can be easily parked in the surrounding area. There are some lovely tavernas in Kyra Panagia for lunch or dinner. There is also a mini market. Good place to move to the close beaches like Achata, Kato Lakkos and Apella. In general distances are not that far: from Kyra Panagia to Pigadia is 20 min by car.
