“Value for Money”
The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. Although we checked in quite late and didn’t manage to explore much, the staff thoughtfully left us clear instructions for the self check-in process, which made everything very smooth and hassle-free. Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and efficiently designed the space was. Definitely value for money, and we would consider staying here again if we return to Kyoto.

“Peaceful family stay in a perfect location”
We absolutely loved our stay at the Zen Apartment. The location was fantastic, being very close to the train station while still tucked away in a quiet area from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The building had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. There was a beautiful bar next to reception which was a relaxing place to unwind after busy days exploring. Our kids also loved feeding the koi fish in the pond out the front. The room was very clean and well presented, and although it had two double beds, it still felt spacious enough for our family of four. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

“Great Family - 3 Night Stay”
The hotel was very close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms (x3) were all clean with everything you could want, cooking facilities and a washing machine with a dryer room. A good nights rest and quiet. Very good value for money and would highly recommend.
