“Nice hotel in a great location”
Comfortable room with a fridge and kettle. Excellent location; the old town was in easy walking distance and there were numerous restaurants and shops nearby. There was bus stop almost outside the hotel and an underground station down the road for exploring things further away. The breakfast was good; bacon, eggs and saussage, as well as some Japanese soups and a selection of breads. I would definatley stay again.

“Expensive and least amount of service possible”
Amazed that room service is only available after 4th night! If i wanted to clean m'y own room i'd go to airbnb. And then the fact that i could only access my floor with my key card was never heard of! Either they segregating people by floors or their security system is none sens. To meet up with a Friend in a différent floor you need to go to réception and the have the friend come and get you. Worst hotel i experienced in the past 2 weeks in japan, i have been through 7 different accommodations. The view directly into a wall was an other amazing experience at this facility And of course, you need to go ask for fresh towels at the desk. And you shouldn't have too much fun in your room because you can't get new sheets before the fourth night. Awful experience!

“Thank you for everything.”
The room was suitable for two people. The hotel's location was convenient, a 5-minute walk from the market. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and amenities were adequate. The hotel staff were friendly and responded respectfully and accurately to my requests. I would choose this hotel again if I come to Kyoto. Thank you for everything.
