“Excellent stay”
Great staff, excellent rooftop terrasse and bar. The rooms (twin) were spacious by Japanese standards and well equipped. Restaurant serves excellent diner and breakfast.

“In the heart of Kyoto!”
Awesome location. In the midst of Kyoto action if we look at night life. Can easily walk to Gion district or top restaurants for lunch or dinner. Big huge rooms with all facilities and amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. They provided us with Japanese night suits. Didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment.

“With all the extras”
The services staff were lovely, The lounge was such a delightful retreat each day and the free use of their bikes was a real bonus. The lounge, in addition to a glass of wine/coffee etc, provided a lovely courtyard where the fire pit was lit each night and you could melt marshmallows. The location is a way from the main Kyoto train station but central to all the shopping and many of the attractions. The views from the hotel are great and location great for walking around.

Location was perfect as most places of interest are walking distance. Abundance of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Comfortable bed to crash on after a long day of walking.

Perfect location for exploring Kyoto. We loved everything about the hotel, room was quiet and comfortable, staff were incredibly welcoming and so professional. Breakfast offered plenty of buffet options and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We also loved the peaceful lounge offering complimentary drinks and light snacks.
