This place was all the hype Instagram said it was great facilities. Breakfast was incredible value and good range. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well as very spacious rooms. Very helpful staff and just a wonderful place to stay i would go back again. The free snacks and onsen were lovely too.

“Evertthing was wonderful.”
If I ever come back to Kyoto, this is the only hotel I'll stay at without hesitation. Due to my mother's health problems, I had to return to my country, and my group of friends continued their trip. As soon as I informed the hotel of the situation, they processed my refund. Those who stayed there also had a very comfortable stay. Everything was wonderful. Thank you. We are very eager to come back again.

“Highly Recommend”
We stayed a week and it was perfect Extremely comfortable beds/duvet Clean, modern rooms Room bigger than expected, enough for multiple suitcases Complimentary snacks and drinks were massively appreciated Reception staff very helpful - accommodated our request for extra towels and helped us with train questions Great location - close to train station (one metro stop away), metro stop and bus stop. Local grocery shop next door and 7/11 opposite. Took 15ish mins to get to Gion area etc

“Great hotel would stay again!”
The room was spotless with comfy beds. Loved the complimentary snack and drink area downstairs. Gym was good. Wasn’t able to use the onsen as it was closed when I tried to visit late morning.

“Excellent stay”
This hotel is amazing. From when you walk into the foyer to your room. Beds are so soft and comfy... facilities are excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Feels like a boutique 5 star hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were helpful and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of high-quality food. The onsen was excellent — very relaxing and clean. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

“Lovely stay”
Beautifully modern designed, fairly specious room, best shower we had during our visit. Good position but you do need to walk 20/30 mins to different areas. Stuff was super helpful and pleasant (like the rest of Japan)

“Great stay and loved the free ice cream”
The hotel was next to a supermarket which was great as we can grab our milk, drinks and snacks. The hotel itself provide free ice cream, snacks and drinks which was the highlight of our stay. We love the green tea ice cream and hot latte. The rooms are very clean and room are much bigger compared to tokyo or osaka hotels.
