“Perfect stay in Kyoto!”

Everything was perfect, we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Everyone was so kind and nothing was too much! And to top it all off, the location was ideal for us too. Close the public transport and loads of nice places to eat.

The hotel was well located in Kyoto, the hotel had many additional facilities such as a laundry room, ice lollies for guests, free toiletries, access to the lounge for food and drinks throughout the day. This added an extra bonus to the stay as we were able to wash our laundry within the hotel, which is great when you are travelling for a long time. We also took advantage of the guests free drinks in the late afternoon, it was perfectly timed for a quick break at the hotel before heading out for the evening.

Great hotel with everything we needed for a short stay! The free amenities really levelled up the stay, with access to hot and cold drinks, matcha, saké and onsen. We really appreciated the room size, friendly staff, and breakfast.

Excellent location that’s 3min walk to Nishiki market and less than 5min to Pontocho Alley and the Kamo. Plenty of amazing restaurants in the area. I personally liked the location for its walk ability to the river and Gionmachi. The hotel facilities (public bath) are really clean, and they offered high quality amenities for skin/hair care. The room was a nice size for one person and was exceptionally clean. They also offered free Sake (and alcohol free) between 5 to 8pm and the quality of the Sake was superb. The breakfast was good. Please be mindful that it can get busy and a bit chaotic.

The location is very central. The amenities are great, with the option to chose from various pillows and beauty products. Free ice lollies were a nice touch. Modern feel. Clean and ecofriendly. Very busy but working well. Free drinks machine throughout the day.

I slept really well here. It's very quiet, the shutter blocks out all light, and you can choose your own pillow.

This hotel was a highlight of our trip! The staff are really nice and helpful. There’s an amenities bar, pillow bar, free pyjamas, and a in-house onsen which was great to try as a first timer. The rooms were comfortable. They also have a sake tasting bar so we got to try a lot of sake!

Location is great for the popular tourist area. Free welcome drinks bar every afternoon/early evening.

Very clean, and modern. They offer a happy hour in a great big open area for a couple hours which is nice as well. The location is fantastic as well, with quick and easy access to the main strip and some restaurants.

This is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan! Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the breakfast!

Really great hotel. Great facilities. The bar/breakfast area is really good. Good breakfast. Room was a good size. Onsen really nice. Great location. Loved the pillow wall and amenity bar.

This is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel. The service was great, every guest is allowed to pick up some treats (e.g. face mask, vitamin moisturiser) upon their arrival. The location is so great that you can shop and eat around. Love it! This hotel will continue to be my stay if I return to Kyoto!
