“Great Hospitality and Thoughtful Amenities”
We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the luggage delivery service. Our room was well equipped, spacious and clean. The hotel also provides amenities such as the coin laundry, the free snacks, and a manga collection, adding extra convenience for guests.

I liked that ot had kitchen facilities in the room a separate toilet and the shower was great. The beds were good. This is more like a hostel. The drinks and snacks from 6 pm in reception are a great idea. The staff were very helpful and kind. The check in staff were ok. Please note that tje beside plugs need to be plugged into the wall socket.

“Would recommend for staying in Kyoto.”
The location was about 5m walk from the nearest station, which is rather oddly not Tambaguchi, but rather Umekouji-Kyoutonishi. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly. The hotel has a nice lobby with unlimited green tea and a coffee machine, which we used a lot. The hotel also provides 4 shots of japanese whiskey per person per night, which was a good way to get a tasting of the local alcohol. The room was very spacious, which is rather rare at this price. A big plus was also the free iron available for clothes, after using the 300jpy washing machine.
