“Nice apartment with laundry facilities and good location”

Spacious apartment with a fold out couch. There were cooking facilities but we didn't use them. Laundry facilities on site. Only a short 5 min walk to bus stop and about 10mins to Kyoto station. Some lovely local restaurants in the area.

Nice size room very clean and modern on a quiet street

We really liked this place and enjoyed our stay. The room is good size, there were two separate comfortable beds, as per our booking, a small kitchen facility with all things necessary for fixing a breakfast or a meal. One can use a washing machine and a dryer. The location is close to the Kyoto Station and a waking distance to the temples and shopping quarters.

The room was lovely, plenty of space. Close to amenities and Kyoto station and friendly staff.

Room was amazing... spacious and very well equipped. I cooked my own breakfast there. The hotel is walking distance from Kyoto Station but in a quieter neighbourhood. It made it very easy to explore Kyoto. Also hotel staff were kind, efficient. And the hotel itself is designed very elegantly. Highly recommend.

We liked this hotel. It was clean and staff were pretty good. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Kyoto station.

We were surprised by how spacious the room was after staying in a really small room in Tokyo. The bed was very comfortable for both of us, which is rare. There was a laundry room with 3 washers + 3 dryers which for a hotel with about 20 rooms is more than enough. The bathroom was really nice with a separate area for the bath which was kind of like a small private onsen. You had the option to heat, ventilate and dry the bath area which was really nice. There was a small kitchen area which was really nice (sink + microwave + fridge + heating plate + pan and some plates). The hotel was very close to Kyoto Central Station (5 min by car, about 15-20 minutes walking). There were 3 vending machines quite close to the hotel and a 7/11 about 5-7 minutes walking. They offer up to two hours for late check out (from 11 AM to 1 PM) for 1000 yen/hour. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Big beds

Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean comfortable. Washing machines and dryers downstairs. Lovely kitchette with lots of cups bowls ect. Very quiet not far from train station . Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Communication beforehand was excellent, and the luggage forwarding service was handled very efficiently.

Great location close to the train station and nearby minimart. Laundry facilities were great and room was very spacious, better than expected. Supplied lots of amenities. Reception staff were very welcoming and spoke good English.

The room was amazing and everything was really clean. The staff was friendly and tried to help us with our needs. The laundry service and the shipment from the hotel are essential but useful service!

We loved the layout of the room - it was very spacious which is hard to find in Japan, especially in Kyoto. The room had everything you could possibly need - the small kitchenette was very handy, the bathroom had all the small amnenities and the beds were really big and soft. There was laundry room in the hotel that had even capsules for washing.

Great apartments and more space than hotels. Comfortable beds, bathroom and small kitchen, washing machine room. Had luggage delivered which was easy. 7/11, lawsons and family mart nearby. Subways, busses nearby but also can walk to main areas. Staff were lovely and pleasant . Coffee/ tea machine in foyer.
