The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean throughout. The location was also very convenient. The onsen is quite small, but still enjoyable and well maintained.

“I do recommend.”
The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities, design, public bath and sauna area are all excellent. It is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from Gojo Station and around a 20-minute walk from the busy Gion area.

Such a great location, easy walk to subway stations, plenty of great little restaurants and bars nearby, friendly staff - overall a great hotel. The 5pm checkin is different, but not bad, we timed our Shinkansen accordingly - and the 2pm checkout is great!

“Nice hotel in central Kyoto”
The location is good for tourists. Central and near Kyoto station, but also not very far from Ponto-cho, Gion, Nishiki Market and Nijo Castle. There's a metro station and also buses near the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were nice. The restaurant looked nice, but we didn't get to try it

Just a few minutes walk from gojo station. Walkable to the busier karasuma, shijo and karawamachi. Room was spacious and clean. Especially appreciated the option of a harder pillow; and the shower had good water pressure.

“Great hotel, would 100% recommend!”
Great hotel, was a larger room than most other hotels we stayed in on our Japan trip. Super close to multiple train and bus lines, breakfast was really nice too.
