“High quality hotel near the train station - Great location to get around the whole of Kyoto”

Very convenient location near Kyoto Train Station were able to get around the whole of Kyoto very easily. There was a Seven Eleven next to the hotel which was also very useful. The hotel itself was very accommodating they had welcome drinks, coffee/drinks at the reception, live music, massage chairs and a laundry room all included within the room rate. The rooms were comfortable and had the necessary facilities. Recommended.

Loved that guests get a free drink of anything every evening in the bar. They have live music every evening, was great after being out for dinner to relax. Room was a good size, and location was great for first timers there. Right next to the train station so we could go on all our day trips easily. Loved it.

“Enjoyable and cheap for what it was”

Breakfast was huge. The room was a little small, made smaller and incovenient by an unecessary large fancy table that didn't need to be there. Once moved out of the way to become a luggage table near the door the room was more easily navigable.

We'd already spent a few days on the north side of Kyoto, so we tried a hotel closer to Kyoto Station. It was a good hotel, good value, and close to some attractions. The onsen was a nice touch and not heavily used by the guests when we stayed.

This hotel is amazing it was our honeymoon and they honestly made us feel so special thank you!

Location was excellent, close to Kyoto station. The little extras like the free laundry, welcome drinks, public baths, tea and coffee available, were much aappreciated. Staff were polite and helpful. The in house restaurant served delicious food and a very reasonable price.

easy access to everything , beautifully laid out and tranquil . the onsen and sauna was a treat each day after lots of walking . the massage chairs as you wait for your washing is a treat . Beds / pillows fantastic - rooms large and balcony . staff awesome

The room is quite big for Japanese standards, it was comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty and welcome drink every evening was very nice.

Comfort & relaxing, esp the variety of guests seating and setting at the central courtyard and other areas; welcoming drinks and musical by artists every night is fantastic! Location - can say more!
