Best accommodation in Japan by far! The staff were so attentive and nice. At first, I thought the location was a bit too far from the city but it was only a bus ride away. And the reception in Kyoto Station always offers a free shuttle back to the hotel. Very comfy beds, very clean rooms, and amazing views from the balcony.

The location of the apartment hotel is on Senbon Dori, which has frequent bus right at the door (bus station Senbon Nakadachiuri). Across the street are convenient stores and super markets. The room is spacious, featuring 2 double bed and 1 large bunk-bed. The bathroom also has built-in clothes drying system. Luggage delivery service from central reception office to your hotel apartment cost JPY 1000 for the first bag, and JPY 600 for each subsequent bag, which is helpful if you arrive to Kyoto before check-in time or just want to start your day exploring Kyoto without visiting the hotel to drop your luggages.

The Check in is at a different place nearby the train station. There is like a General Check in for all the Resi stays. You have to wait there in a unprofessionell Setting for quite a long time. The staff was eager to help but the mood was tense because They told us there that we have to pay a fee per Person that was not listed or mentioned when we booked our Location. After paying that fee we got handed a manual with a List of fines for Breaking certain rules, which made us feel not as welcomed as we had hoped. Arriving in our room it was spaceous and relativly clean. Never the less we enjoyed our stay either way. We would recommend Resi stay to List the fee and make people pay it when booking. So noone feels scetched out.

Great reception, the free bus to take us to the hotel the first day was really useful. Inside it was really comfortable and private and neaeby we had a really useful supermarket. Really enjoyed my stay!

The property was perfect for our needs. We have stayed at other Resi Stays in Kyoto as well and they have all been great, this one was the best located for our activities on this trip. There was a grocery store across the road, a bus stop outside the door and lots of great local eateries nearby. The room was a good size (large by Japanese standards), comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need. Also very reasonably priced.

The staff were truly kind and helpful. The room was massive and lots of spaces for us. It was complete, from kitchen to toiletries. Love the free shuttle service too.
