The staff were amazing and helped us retrieve our bag we left on a bus. The location was awesome, great food options all within walking distance. Supermarket too very close. Also walking distance to Sannenzaka, the gorgeous cobbled streets and tea houses. We loved our stay here so spacious for a family of 5. Plus awesome having washing machine and drying room.

“Amazing stay, I recommend!”
The check-in process was clear to us, had no issues, just followed instructions from mail. Location of the apartament was great for this price. We had bus stops and metro stop 5-10 minutes walks away. It was also not far from some main attractions like Kiyomizu dera or Gion. Accessible by walk. The room itself was very spacious. Beds were super comfortable, I will miss them. Toilet and bathroom were super nice. We loved that we could do a laundry and dry it in the batroom, this option was a life saver. The kitchen was nice too. We only used a microvawe for bentos and a fridge. It was very quiet in the room even tho it's located next to a main road. You can use a luggage storage room before check in and after check out and this was also very nice. There are few konbinies near by, but there is also a vending machine with drinks right in front of the door. Truly an amazing place.

“Impressive!”
Location was good, place was new and nice. Room is big and comfortable. I love that it had a washing machine. Also nice that the toilet is separate from the bath. Also, they are very responsive when you email them if you have queries. I also appreciate it that they accomodated the disposal of our broken luggage.

“Beyond expectations!”
The amenities provided by the hotel exceeded expectations; even the bathroom included bath salts and cotton pads, and the living room had both a projector and high-quality speakers, as well as a smart TV. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. There were numerous trash cans and chairs in the room, which was very convenient. The bathroom heater even had a drying function, allowing laundry to dry overnight. The hotel even provided laundry pods, a much more premium option than powder or liquid detergent.

Beautiful stay with bunk beds perfect for family of 4. Very close to sannenzaka and Ninenzaka streets. Excellent check in process with proper explanation of room facilities.

“Perfect room for a family of 4-5 and near popular tourist attraction!”
Check in is at an office near Kyoto station and was a fast smooth process. Shuttle bus are available at request to tour accommodation from the reception office from 8am-8pm however you need to go to the office to request and it is only a one way transport. The accomodation is huge and perfect for a family of 4/5! Both beds were comfortable and even the sofa bed was nice to sleep on (unless you’re big) the view were good and near a tourist attraction! You can also rent the scooter right below for ease of movement around Kyoto. Room was exactly like in the pictures
