“Value for money”
Location is great, near to kyoto station. Staffs are friendly and helpful, check in and check out procedure are easy, got store to keep luggage before or after check in/out, convenient shop just nearby.

The location near the station was brilliant. The room was ok, just enough space for two adults. I would not stay there for a long time if you have more people. Comfy beds and good shower. We did like the communal kitchen area where you could sit as a family and have dinner or play card games.

Great location to Kyoto Station and quiet area. Nice large room (stayed in family size room rather than standard, which had its own washing machine). Only downside is staff at reception work certain hours, so not manned all the time. Slightly older building, but very clean and comfortable.

So close to the Kyoto station. We enjoyed our 3 nights here. The sofa bed looks confused at the beginning but we firgured it out the instruction books so finally fine

“Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Kyoto—highly recommended!”
The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Kyoto Station, which made getting around the city so easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a FamilyMart is also within walking distance for quick snacks and essentials. The staff were very responsive and replied quickly to all my messages, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The room was also spacious enough for a comfortable stay, especially compared to typical hotel sizes in Japan.

“Fantastic stay”
The room is very comfortable, enough space for four people. Very nice bathroom, with bathtub. Own kitchen, wardrobe, a shelf. Living room zone to chill. Also a washing machine, microwave, fridge and induction plate. Towels can be changed every day, amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrush, shampoos available as well. Free umbrellas to rent for a rainy day. Iron and hoover also available. We had very easy check-in due to pre check-in procedure. It is possible to leave luggage after check out which is useful.
