Great hotel for the price, location. Breakfast is a snack so you may want to buy something more. They had my favourite patisserie from France Canelé, don't have them warm up it changes the taste by the Frozen one and let it defrost such a treat.

Excellent budget option hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Staff were brilliant as we had accidentally left our passports at the previous hotel. They went out of their way to check us in despite this.

Good location next to subway line for easy access to main attractions and a transfer from Osaka. Clean bright modern rooms with above average space. Spacious shower cubicle (no bath) and seperate toilet. Friendly helpful team and was able to store our bags on early arrival prior to checkin. Plenty around nearby for food and 711's etc. Only one or two stops to central Kyoto. Included basic breakfast roll while basic was fresh and handy start for the day, we also purchased some food at the cafe and was tasty.

“Good locaton, nice room!”
Liked the room; enough space for two persons and our luggage. Loved that bathroom was all separated; shower, toilet and sink. Comfy bed. Nice little sandwich for breakfast.

“Great location but expensive hotel in Kyoto”
Location is good and hotel is setup for a quick checkin and checkout. Rooms are very clean and in general the hotel facilities look like brand new.
