“Ok, but dont expect so much.”

From my point of view the positive during our stay at OMO3 were the beds (big and comfortable), the location of the hotel (close to the bu stop and shopping mal) and the laundry room.

“Comfortable and good value”

Reception staff were very helpful and good English. Good location for getting about Kyoto and beyond. Loved the lounge-wear. Room was quite small but was great value. Big spacious area to sit, eat and relax. The voucher for breakfast worked well as we could use any time not just for breakfast. The free tours were a good idea but they were not in English. The place was calming and relaxing.

Perfect service

Great facility and great staff, very comfortable room

Nice place and concept, calm area. Staff tried to be helpful even if there was a language and culture barrier. Snack bar was always open, which was convenient. Coin laundry was useful.

The breakfast was really bad. It was like a convenience store that never restocked. All I was expecting was some fresh bread, vegetables, and eggs.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom facilities were great.

The beds were comfortable and the pyjamas were nice. We really liked the additional night time activities in the lobby, like making your own tea mixture or a stamp souvenir. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself had a nice vibe and the location was okay as well. The price though is Incomparable. Such a good deal yet a good hotel!

Location was superb, hotel laundry was available. The store downstairs was nice and the overall atmosphere was peaceful.

Really nice japanese setting in the lobby, 24/7 bistro.

Great atmosphere. Comfortable bed, and good room size. Close to Tōji train station and some attractions.

The room was very nicely presented, very bright and if one would have been travelling alone, quite spacious. The hotel provides us with two vouchers (one per person) worth ¥5,000 each, allowing you to "purchase" various drinks, snacks and food items from their self-service shop in the lounge area of the lobby. The hotel is located within walking distance to one railway station and a metro station with a few restaurants and some shrines nearby.
