“Lovely hotel and great hospitality”
Beautiful modern hotel with all the modern facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and were very understanding when we needed to leave one night early and offered a refund for the night we didn't stay.

Great location, close to several transport options so easy to get around to sightsee. Lots of food options within 5-10 min walk. Didn't eat at hotel. Free coffee in the reception area was a bonus. Staff were very helpful. Self service laundry was a bonus.

Nice room, everything looks brand new and it’s nicely cleaned and attention from personnel is the best, I would rate them 12/10 if I could, they went above and beyond when we forgot some stuff even after checking out.

The staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, and the food were awesome. Breakfast was really high quality semi buffet, with restaurant level quality using local ingredients. Their baggage delivery service was particularly convenient and cheap.

“Great”
The best moments for me and my daughter were the moments in '' onsen''. After all day long walking it was a really great way to relax. The room was nice with extra large beds and soft blankets. I liked the bath clothes for onsen and all the tiny cosmetics staff free for use.

The hotel should be rated high 4.8 to 5 stars. Very pleasant and welcoming staff, including servers in the restaurant side. Great selection of breakfast buffet and included a separate main breakfast options to order from to enjoy with the buffet. Our room was very tidy and design was beautiful. We also enjoyed the public women and men bathhouse which was a nice additional facility. The hotel has laundry rooms you can use as well.

“Gorgeous, serene, and beautiful situated hotel.”
Absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel...serene and beautiful. Like walking into a peaceful oasis. Can't recommend it enough... great staff and beautiful rooms with a lovely onsen Just wonderful.
