“Cosy and convenient Japanese stay”
The hotel location was awesome. Perfectly located directly opposite 7-Eleven, as well as super close walking distance to a Family Mart and a Lawson. The hotel staff were beyond kind and helpful and made leaving my luggage with them before check-in super easy. There's also a super easy machine for checking-out too! Their bed was super cosy and I had a great nights sleep there!

Great location, minutes away from the subway a few stops up from Kyoto station, and the 7/11 across the street was very handy. Loved the room with the little sofa area, it was a great space for us 3 mates to hang out.

“Great value, hidden gem in Kyoto”
This is a hidden gem in Kyoto. Its close to the main shopping area, the Nishiki market and a subway station. The public onsen is an added bonus.

“A good hotel”
Great hotel, but as it should be since it is a 4 star hotel. The staff was really helpfull and the room was nice. It also has a nice public bath area, and we tried the hotell breakfast buffet one of the days. Overall a good experience.

“Comfortable room, relaxing breakfast ready to explore the sights of Kyoto”
The breakfast had a variety of Japanese and western foods, served in a comfortable dining room overlooking a beautiful garden. The onsen was a relaxing way to unwind at the end of the days sightseeing. The room was clean and well curated. Very well located for 7-Eleven and the train station.

Everything was amazing! Friendly and heplfull staff, convinient (a little bit small) rooms, tasty tea and coffee in the room, quality hygiene supplies. Breakfast was excellent in the dining room with viewview of the designer garden, tasty local food and drinks, even apple vinegar for healthy. Convinient location, there is subway across the road and many small restaurants and cafes near the hotel
