Hospitality was top end. The staff was very courteous and warm. Rooms are spacious equipped with all amenities. Kyoto is a beautiful place and frankly we are alrrady missing it. Thank you.

Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. They offered a happy hour each night with beer and sake available. The room was spacious and everything you needed was at the property.

It's in a great location and the apartment/rooms for a family were excellent, we loved it, hope to come again in the future.

We loved everything. The staff were lovely, and we really appreciated the maps with suggestions for things to do in Kyoto. The rooms were perfect: spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with super comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The lobby was also great, with coffee machines, items available to borrow, and even an happy hour. It was truly a wonderful stay, and we would be very happy to come back. Even compared with other MIMARU hotels, this one was excellent.

It was a spacious suite with great facilities so we had the choice of eating in, doing washing and having separate rooms for the family. The staff were very helpful and there were additional specials like happy hour and use of yoga mats.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near restaurants, the subway, and convenience stores. We were a group of five and were very well accommodated. Kind and attentive staff. The best hotel of our trip.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location close to 7/11 and 10 minutes walk to centre. Clean rooms, free drinks in the lobby.

“Spacious rooms in an excellent location in Kyoto”

Very comfortable and spacious rooms in a good location, close to a train on a direct line to Osaka and about 15 mins walk to Nishiki markets. Plenty of room for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens) in a 2 bedroom Japanese suite. We wish we’d stayed here for longer and done day trips to Osaka instead of changing hotels.

The three bedroom suite was just the space my family of five (with teens) needed. Everything was in good condition and comfortable. Very central and easy access to subway and buses. A fantastic base for our exploring.
