A very comfortable, warm and large room. Bathroom big for japanease standards. A great selection of amenities like coffee, tea, razers and the ability to have 1 clean towel a day if needed. Layndry facilities including detergent and dryer very good. A short walk from station, nearby great ramen place and 40min walk to gion but easy and plenty of things to see on the way. Larhe fridge and microwave and kettle. I recommend.

Amazing stay. There is even a coffee vending machine in front of the building. Great laundry area with free clothes washing and drying.

“Wonderful stay!”
Very easily reachable from the station (15 min walk, if I'm not mistaken), feels safe with all the locker combinations. Once I entered the room, it looked and smelled like my grandmother's house (in a good way!), it felt very homey and clean. Usually I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but here I didn't even mind sitting on the floor. Also, trash sorting? Most hotels don't even do that! I'm glad they seem to be conscious about the environment. Also have laundry option :) The staff was lovely. 10/10 would book again!

Excellent price for an apartment which is larger than most Japanese accommodations. The neighbourhood was very quiet, at walking distance from Kyoto station. The automatic check in was quick and easy. Free laundry service.

The location is very good, only 15 minutes or so away from the Kyoto station! All the necessities were provided.
