The room was extremely well equipped with an excellent kitchen and a good washer-dryer. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location 10 minutes walk from the station. Good local places for coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended.

The flat is very tiny, yet it has everything you need for a few days stay, including the washing machine. It was very clean. And it's located within a 10 min walk to Kyoto train station and all the buses, and the shopping market beneath the station. I loved the location, as I made quite a few days off trips. The most inconvenient thing was the lack of tea towels, and no luggage store.

Lovely staff, very clean and close to Kyoto Station. It is however a little way from the main tourist area but easy enough to get to.

The property is very close to the central station, which is very convenient if you’re doing day trips from Kyoto to Nara, Osaka, Arashiyama, etc. The room has all the necessary facilities, which is great. you can wash and dry your clothes, and the service is excellent, especially if you’re traveling in Japan for 2–3 weeks.

Location was great. Only 5-10 minutes walking from Kyoto Station. The room was very spacious. I liked that it was self-catered. You can grab towels/toilet paper/other amenities at your convenience, which is less wasteful than things getting replaced every day.

The staff was kind enough to agree to accept my luggage as long as it arrived during a certain time. The washing machine was amazing. was able to borrow a horse to hang my clothes. Very content with my stay. Was a highlight of my trip to kyoto.

Our room was really nice, very compact and good equipted. Modern, bright, clean and quiet. The location was good, but anyway to all the main sights it took us in average 45-60 minutes.

The unit is small, cannot open 2 luggages. 15 mins from Kyoto station. Have a washing machine with dryer which what i like.

Quiet and peaceful. Fantastic amenities, the hotel room had everything a traveler needs which included a washing machine, small oven, microwave, kettle, TV, great supply of coffee and tea, cleaning materials, air conditioner, plus lots of other bits and pieces, a wash up sink and good security. Highly recommended.

Quite a sizable room by Japan standards. The entire stay has been automated and you don't ever interact with any humans - you get an email with a code to your room and to the apartment building and that's it. Great location, sooo close to the train station.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless, and I appreciated that all the basic amenities were included. One of the biggest perks was having access to a washing machine with detergent provided – a small detail that made a big difference during my trip. The front desk staff were always smiling and eager to help, and the location was ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to the main train station and bus stops.

Everything was great. Great kitchen if you need, washing machine and dryer in room, small hotel, great staff, super clean. Bed was a little hard for me but that's my only issue.
