The hotel offered some extras like a meeting a Marino and watching a traditional dance. It was easy to find and a good location to Nishiki Markets and other great eating spots.

Truly an excellent experience; very helpful staff, great amenities, the rooms were stylish and perfect for us! The Maiko session was a lovely experience and the live music on Friday night was great fun too.

“Relaxing and comfortable stay in a lovely neighbourhood”

This is my second stay at Resol Trinity, I feel safe as a solo traveller, I adore the neighbourhood and the location- just far enough away from the busy tourist crowds but still with good access to public transport options. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. It’s incredibly clean and well kept.

“Lovely hotel with onsen”

The hotel was very nice and offered extra 'activities' at some times (e.g. watching a geisha performance). The onsen was excellent and the room was relatively spacious by Japanese standards.

Modern Hotel with good location. There are a bar and a restaurant with several activities (Maiko performance, music night and yoga session) to enjoy the stay in Kyoto!

“It’s an OK hotel, but I would stay elsewhere next time”

Hotel staff were amazing and helpful. The room was rather big, but that is what we booked and paid for. I liked that they brought every day, water and new towels.

The hotel is very nice, the room was very comfortable. It is located in a very convenient area, near metro station and the market. Is a plus the free activities they provided, for ex the Maiko performance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
