“Great vibes, close to everything!”

Upon check-in, you are handed tokens to spend on the beer/wine dispenser which I thought was neat. They have a nice selection of Vinyl records to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had accidentaly missed the deadline for the Luggage forwarding, and they had contacted another service immediantly and we were able to forward our luggage that same day. It even arrived at our hotel in Osaka before us! They were amazing and we were very grateful for them helping us. Breakfast is worth the $$ spent. Full buffet with all sorts of yummy food. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Water pressure in showers are excelllent. And the hotel itself is super close to a very busy shopping area, and only a few minutes away from the famous Nishiki Market. Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay :)

Great location close to shops and within easy reach of the sights. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious enough. The bed was also very comfortable. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Very modern, with cool features such as the self playing piano in the bar lounge, and also personalise vinyl record listening. Breakfast was top notch and varied!

“Amazing stay”

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Everything was so clean, modern and comfortable. Everyone working there was amazing and spoke fluent English. We had the king size room, and couldn't fault it. Amenities are in reception to help yourself and the quality of the products was also a pleasant surprise. When checking-in they give you drink tokens for every night you stay there, and they have a good selection of alcoholic and not alcoholic drinks.

It’s located truly in central Downtown Kyoto. It’s walking distance to convenience stores, shopping street, malls, train station and eateries (including Halal restaurants). Hotel is clean and well maintained and plenty amnesties were provided.

Very well located hotel on Kawaramachi, walking distance from the metro lines. Excellent staff, very good breakfast and a clean, compact room with all basic amenities.

The hotel was in a great location on the Main Street of Kyoto. We loved the drinks tokens and the fact that the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

The location is fantastic - shopping precincts are just round the corner and it's incredibly convenient for getting around with two train stations and nearby bus stops. The public bath is also a highlight as it's a perfect way to start the morning and an amazing relaxation in the evening after a full day of walking. The staff are all very friendly and polite, especially Yuki, who checked us in and served us at the bar the following night! A call out to his stellar service!.
