Location is perfect, service was more than perfect, and the room was very well planned, so we could not really feel it was small. It also had a coffee lounge that was excellent.

The location and the size of the room was very good. We booked 3 rooms and all rooms were very nice. The bathroom size was well appointed with generous room.

The location of the hotel. It's centrally located. The staff was helpful at time of check in, but post that was just okay..The customer centricity have a lot of scope of improvement.

I stayed in 3 different rooms in this hotel. The rooms are bigger than expected, clean and comfortable beds. The bathtub was great!

The location was great, very close to Nishiki Market with lots of food spots and shops in the local area. The hotel was also extremely clean and had our transferred luggage ready for us on arrival.

The location was the best. Right in the heart of Sanjo. Although the check in felt a little hurried, because of the number of people, the process was smooth. Great value for money for the area you're staying. Neat and tidy.

Clean, comfortable easy. Among the shopping streets so great if you love to shop. Very quiet at night. Loved the lounge area for somewhere to sit and get a coffee while waiting for my laundry to finish. Washer and dryer facilities easy to use with app

The room was spacious enough for us, with clean rooms & staff offering towels/water bottles as and when needed. They also provide free amenities in the South building for you to take. Staff were also friendly in helping us ship our luggage to the next destination. The hotel is in a very central location, easy to get around.

Great hotel. Walking distance is great as it’s located right within the shopping precinct. Staff were lovely. Showers are good.
