Superb location near Kyoto station. Great facilities including Japanese spa (bathhouse + sauna). Staff was very friendly. Despite ongoing renovation we didn’t experience any problems. I can fully recommend this hotel and will come back sometime.

“Excellent location and laundry, but Kyoto can be tough with toddlers”

The location is unbeatable—only a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station and surrounded by great shopping areas. While the room was small, it was functional and clean. A huge highlight was the all-in-one automatic laundry machines. You don't have to switch your clothes to a dryer manually; it does everything in one cycle, which is incredibly convenient for families.

The room is large enough for 3 beds and location is very convenient to the station. There are many restaurants nearby for dinner as well.

“Amazing stay and worth the money”

This is an amazing property, right next to the station and Kyoto Avanti (shopping mall) is right outside. Basically everything is provided and the staff are so nice and also know english very well. I liked the automated system too for check ins and outs to make the process easier while still having human staff to help. The skincare buffet is also amazing, cleared up my skin and made it baby smooth. The rooms are great and are very clean. Don't even grt me started on the spa, SUPER CLEAN and hairdryers and hair products are also provided and it is just so great and amazing. This is 1100000000% worth the stay and worth the money. (Vending machines are also on the first floor and there are plenty of convience stores nearby)

The staff react very fast and proper for minor cleanliness problem.

The location was outstanding. It was a short walk to Kyoto Main station. Additionally, I loved the use of the women's only bathhouse. It was incredibly clean and relaxing. Will definitely be coming back!
