“Great stay! Thank you!”
Hotel was so nice! Rooms were well equipped, laundry was available. Public bath was a very nice bonus! There was initially an issue with my booking and they duplicated the days I was staying so asked me to pay again. It was resolved quickly and they were very apologetic.

This hotel was excellent. Within walking distance to Kyoto station and central location. Our room was lovely with nice natural light. Our teenage kids had room next door and it was a bigger room with twin beds. The public onsen was a real bonus.
