Perfect for a family, we were here for 3 nights . The best part was that it has much larger space as compared to the other hotels. The bed and linen were near and tidy. Had a washing machine with drying facility. The kitchen was fully equipped and also has a big refrigerator. To top it , it has very good location just 2 mins ( across the road from Aeon mall) and 5-7 mins walk to Avanti mall and Kyoto station.

“Our best stay in Japan”
Superb facilities, excellent staff, lively reception environment, including highly recommend Glanz Kei for your Kyoto stay. The best part is the support staff of the hotel who are all very supportive, proactive and friendly. Thank you very much team for making our stay so wonderful and comfortable, we will surely stay again when we come back to Kyoto.

“Perfect Hotel For Family”
Almost everything. The room is spacious for up to 6 or even 8 if they allow us. Very clean, very new, and instagramable. The location is just next to aeon mall with much option of food in supermarket and restaurant. 5 minutes to Kyoto Station make it even better. The staff is soooo helpful even they greeting me with my own language. Really apreciate that. They give us a lot of towells..for all the guest. You can buy water with normal price in the loby. The best place we stayed so far. For the location, dont follow the google map.

A truly comfortable stay in Kyoto. The room was very clean and impressively spacious, with a thoughtful blend of traditional futon and modern design. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Kyoto Station, with an AEON mall next door offering great dining and a well-stocked supermarket. The bathroom drying system was a standout feature — gentle on clothes and highly convenient, with everything dry by morning. Warm, polite staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Location : Amazing . Short walk from the station and right next to a shopping mall which has a food court and supermarket . Room: So much space . Comfy beds . Washing machine and drying room . Staff: Super friendly . I didn’t catch the name of the guy that checked us in but he was awesome recommending us places to see since we had little time .

We loved the responsive and friendly staff, the location (we love being close to a supermarket!), access to public transport, the comfortable beds (two mats for those on the floor) and pillows, and just the little extras like an umbrella stand at the door. Price point was excellent too, and we would definitely stay again.

“A great apartment in a great location”
The team was wonderful, the location great - near Kyoto station and a mall with a supermarket, the apartment was large and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment very clean.

Our second stay here, really comfortable n superb location, could borrow rice cooker etc. loved our stay. Very friendly n helpful staff.
