Beautiful traditional accommodation with plenty of space for a comfortable self sufficient stay of a family of four. We were just a couple and it was plenty big for us. Loved the little onsen in the bathroom. The towels are super soft and it has all amenities you may need. Location is super convenient yet in a quiet place. Gorgeous stay!

Our family of four loved staying here. A quiet part of Kyoto yet near the subway and authentic little eateries and Hive Coffee. The place is spacious with a beautiful bathroom and lighting. Very neat and tidy with Japanese detailings. Highly recommend.

This house is in a great location in Kyoto, very close to the subway, restaurants and convenience stores. It is exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 1 child very well. Everything was working properly and we have no complaints. The owner's service was also always quick and clear. They even leave a folder in the house with all the necessary information on how to use the facilities in the place, give recommendations for restaurants, pharmacies, garbage disposal procedures... everything to make the guest's life easier.

Very clean and beautiful house! We really like the bathtub/onsen which was a treat every night. I also like the contactless entry, check in and concierge services. Concierge was exceptional! I left my bag with my wallet and passport in a Grab taxi at 1030pm! It was only thru the help of your concierge that we are able to contact the taxi company and the driver. I got back my back with all the contents within 1 hour from when I lost it! Amazing! 👏👏

Excellent location close to the subway and next to the Imperial Gardens Convenience store and curry house close by Fantastic little house which has been well-designed and tastefully renovated. Toilet upstairs as well as full bathroom downstairs (including laundry). Well-equipped kitchen. Good heating/cooling. Comfortable beds upstairs and futons downstairs; plenty of room. Good communication from property manager beforehand; we were also able to leave our bags prior to check-in.

Great apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bath was much appreciated at the end of the day and there were plenary of towels and toiletries. We liked the area as it wasn’t busy but a close walk to park and shops.

The most comfort house we have been living in Japan although it's not the most expensive one. The owner thinks all aspects for the travelers. 4 min from the underground. Anyway, this is the accommodation for all purposes. Highly recommended.
