“Awesome stay”

It was an amazing experience. I was very tired because of walking around kyoto area yet I felt so relaxed in my stay here. Will definitely be back.

“Stunning”

So so so beautiful the capsule was clean and had everything you needed. The facilities were spotless and the spa/ onsen was just incredible. I loved that they had so many different products to use and razors and anything you needed. I really had a beautiful time and met some beautiful people in this place, they have free drinks from 5-midnight so it’s good to have a couple and meet some people. I did book only a few days before so it was definitely more pricey but if you book in advance is cheaper. All in all 10/10 stay would absolutely recommend

“Great Onsen and Capsule experience!”

Absolutely loved my first Onsen and Capsule experience. Loved the location (super close to the main streets and subway). Loved the beds. Loved the facilities. Free drinks in the chill room from 5pm. All the hair and skin and amenities products were incredible. Everything was clean and lovely. Just loved it other than the few gripes below.

“Not a budget accommodation”

Everything was fine, set up is 3rd level female's only, on that level capsules, toilets and change area with basins. The 2nd level is the locker area female / male both areas separated plus another change area with basins. Also a coffee/water/sodas area, tables and chairs, from 5pm to midnight you can help yourself to drinks about 5 different types of spirits and mixers. Then when you want to wash that is on the 1st level (ground) onsen, sauna, heat rock floor and only 1 shower. So just get naked in onsen area, always wash before going in the Japanese bath. Everyone is naked, I liked the complementary shampoo, conditioner and creams. Also level 1 (ground) was reception and breakfast area.

The spa is fantastic. Beds are incredibly comfortable with plenty of space. Free curry breakfast and free Japanese alcohol on the evening!

The public bath is great. If you want to save money, you can just eat at the hotel. There was always something there

I wanted to try the premium capsule experience in Kyoto and I did not regret my choice. The facility was clean, the breakfast was healthy and delicious and the spa and hot bath on site was also excellent

Time of travel: February 2024 Breakfast: Curry Chicken, rice and Miso soup. Free drinks. Didn't find tea. Location: Short walk distance from Karasuma station. That's also where the Pokemon Center Kyoto is. So awesome. Room: Capsule room. Comes with manual ventilator, charging cables of various kinds and free earplugs. Bath: Genderseparated Public Onsen. You go in naked and can either enjoy their 40 degree Celsius Onsen inside and open air or just wash yourself with a shower head inside and be done with it. Small tatoos are tolerated. Free amenities such as bath towel, tooth brush, hair dryer, night clothing, etc provided.

Wow! Just wow! I love this capsule hotel place at Kyoto! I highly recommend this place. They offer so much free amenities and stuff. I didn't need to bring anything as they provided so much stuff. They offer 24 hours free miso soup and free soft drinks. At breakfast time they offer free curry rice or rice with topping. They provided so much different shampoo, conditioner, body cream, face cream, toner, cleanser and I could go on with my list but it's too long. The service was so friendly, helpful and so nice. The bed was so comfortable and I could stay here all day and nice.

The Spa is really nice after a long day sightseeing, open 24h, lots of beauty products are provided, fresh towels and pijama every day. Late night food is provided (soups and rice).

Great rock bath and onsen

Incredible value for money with a cozy spa as well as breakfast and dinner included in price. Very friendly staff with an English speaking attendant being available most of the time. Didn't really matter though, the Japanese speaking staff are very service minded and did their utmost to accommodate my JLPT 5 English!

Amazing friendly staff, great location station nearby and 10 minute walk to the main hub. Lots of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Free food and alcohol exceeded expectations, nice selection of teas and soft drinks too. Very clean and amazing onsen and dressing rooms.

-The place is very clean, better than some of the private hotel bathroom. -Onsen is amazing, especially for solo traveler that we can enjoy onsen with single bed price. -Staff is really friendly, they offer a little sweet when check-in, nice little touch! -Coffee, soft drink and water are provided and free, so for the hair care products in the bathroom.
