“Fantastic for the price.”
Great location, facilities and comfort for the price. We stayed with a family of 4 and the room served us well. Just be realistic in terms of room size for price and you'll be fine. Great place, would stay again 100%

“Budget stay super near attractions”
The location is perfect. Near bus stop and at the foot of the tourist destination. Love that there is coin-parking carpark that seems to be always empty right next to the hotel. Room and bath are very small but adequate for the non-fussy.

“Good value for money”
It is a little hard to find the entrance of the hotel the restaurant downstairs is closed. Look for stairs to left and walk up to the next floor. Stairs are very steep - take note if you are disabled or elderly. You can then take elevator to room. Beware that bunk bed is at floor level and you will need to crawl in. Noise level was a little high. Room is tiny and shabby but very clean. Staff are lovely and location for Gion is excellent.

“One of the best places we've stayed in!”
The view from the fifth floor was amazing! There was almost nobody else at the hotel at the time of our visit. The location had a great access to some major tourist locations and public transport - bus and train.

“budget friendly, if you don’t look for luxury”
+location. hard to beat, close to the temples, close to Gion, close to the bus stops and supermarkets/combini stores. +big rooms + semi comfortable futon beds. if you stack up few of them 😅 + friendly staff, you can pay with card + big bathroom ( in the family room)

“Great value for money!”
A small room with own bathroom and toilet for the price of a bunkbed. Very convenient location, 2 minutes from bus stops. 15 minutes by feet from Gion. The staff was also very responsive and helpful.

The hotel was simple and the rooms were comfortable. I actually really enjoyed sleeping in the capsule, but it was a bit of a weird set up. Great location to explore Kyoto
