The owner and all the staff were great and very friendly. The ryokan itself is already super. If you add the izakaya inside the building (with amazing food and drinks) then you get a full perfect stay! Big bonus for the onsen that can be locked and use in private.

Excellent hosts. When I mentioned that we had difficulty sleeping due to a noisy guest, they changed our rooms immediately to a quieter area. The izakaya they run also has amazing food at good prices. Really enjoyed that.

The room was gorgeous. The staff super friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. Location was quiet and tucked away from any traffic. The bath house was a hidden gem. The bath we never knew we needed.

“Japanese is in tradition and style!”
If you want to know and feel the Japanese culture, the taste of real Japanese food and service this is the place to stay. We felt the respect and tradition of our host. The rooms were impeccable, clean and spacious. We were very much impressed with the attention we were given... We ate at the place and the service and preparation of food were traditional in ingredients and making... We loved it!

10 stars isn't enough to give this place. What a beautiful place and beautiful people. I highly recommend anyone to go out of your way when travelling to Japan and stay and experience the amazing food and scenery. .
