“A perfect and calm weekend escape”

Everything was really great. The cabin is beautiful, very comfortable, and has a lovely selection of vinyls to enjoy good music. The breakfast was delicious, and the sauna was great. Maria and Thomas are excellent hosts. For us, it was an ideal escape from the city, a calm place to enjoy nature, relax, and unwind. We would definitely come back and fully recommend this place.

The superb hospitality The great yard (and small pond) with the ponies and dogs. The amazing breakfast with new addition every morning. Very nice sauna Location ( for drivers) just few minutes from Luisiana and from fine restaurents.

This is one of those hidden treasures! It was such a fantastic experience. Both the cabin, the surroundings and the hosts. Not to forget the breakfast served on the lovely porch! We loved every minute of out stay.

“A mini-paradise”

A beautiful and thoughtfully decorated cottage located in what can only be described as a mini-paradise. It was noticeable to me how dark and quiet it was during the night, allowing for a good rest in a comfortable bed. The sauna was a real treat. We took our time each morning to fully enjoy the renowned and delicious breakfast – which is kind of a brunch really. The view from the terrace is beautiful and it is a real extension of the cottage, as we spent many hours there in the morning and in the evening. The hosts were accommodating, mindful and friendly.

Thomas and Maria were very nice and accommodating. We had a lot of questions and they answered very patiently and with a smile. The hut itself was charming and the yard/meadow is amazing. Very quiet and serene. Breakfast was above and beyond, very rich and diverse.

Beautiful peaceful country location. Rustic actual log cabin with a sauna in the cabin. Gorgeous views of their pastoral property. Absolutely wonderful hosts who totally made us feel at home. Ands served us the best breakfast we’ve had in three weeks of stating all over the west coast of Sweden and Denmark! Even had actual vinyl records from the sixties and seventies , plus an album recorded by our hostess Marie. Perfect!

Quaint cottage, unbeatable breakfast, incredible location both because it’s so beautiful and because it’s so close to many sights (Louisiana is an easy walk). Our hosts were very helpful. The spa is a great facility. Next to a forest where it is nice to walk.
