There were three of us from the same family, each staying in a different room. We were all very satisfied and already plan to return in August. We loved everything – the views, the location, the rooms, and the architecture of the hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations.

“The first line has to be BED BUGS”
The location was perfect, but the managment of the hotel is at the worst. Breakfast was served at exactly 10 am and was served and if you weren't there, the cold boiled sausage and pasta was waiting for you. Instant coffee. No drinking water available for breakfast, or in the whole hotel. When we arrived at midnight, they offered to fill our little water bottle from the spring across the street.

“overpriced for the quality of the building, comfort and service; you pay only for the prime location on a nice beach”
The location is nice, ie much better than Batumi. outlook from the rooms is pretty. staff is friendly albeit not very capable or experienced or something else that prevents them from providing timely adequate service. we appreciated that the personeel was willing to accommodate our wish to stay for 2 night longer due to illness of some of us.

“A marvellous place to stay on a beach under picturesque mountains and enjoy the beauty and peace.”
A very thoughtfully planned and constructed high-quality resort apart hotel at the beach. Located in a marvellous and peaceful place easily reachable from the airport, downtown Batumi, and Turkish border. Equipped with and offering what one needs on a vacation by seaside, including gorgeous views on the blue sea, green mountains, and pink Renaissance-style sunsets. Sunbeds and beach towels are also included.
